Stephanie Hunter
Co-founder
Brings years of experience in purchasing, operations and event management. After purchasing and renovating a former church in Riverview, she planned, hosted and catered numerous weddings and events there, combining strong coordination skills with a natural eye for interior design and detail. As a mother of two, Stephanie understands the value of having dependable help when life gets busy.
Nikki Buchan
Co-founder
Brings years of experience in business operations, administration, project and event coordination, and working with people, with a practical get-it-done approach. As a mother of three, Nikki also knows firsthand how quickly work, family and everyday responsibilities can turn into a never-ending to-do list.
Why we started this
Between work, family and everything else, the list never really gets shorter. Some of it is cleaning. Some of it is the groceries, the returns, the laundry, the closet you've been meaning to sort out, or the hour of help you need before people arrive.
Most of those jobs have someone who will do them — but rarely the same someone. We built Two of a Kind so you can hand the whole list to one company you know, at prices that make sense for everyday households.
Two of a Kind is locally owned and owner-operated right here in Greater Moncton. That means when you book us, you're getting us: two local people you can recognize at the door, not an anonymous platform sending whoever is available.
How we work
Every booking has a defined scope, so you know exactly what's being done and what it costs. If something on the day needs more time or money than we agreed, we ask you first. If a job isn't safe, insured or something we can actually do well, we'll tell you that too, and point you somewhere better where we can.
What happens in your home stays in your home. We don't share customer details, and we never use photos of a customer's home for marketing without explicit permission.
Where we work
Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview. Requests outside the core service area may be considered when practical, with any additional travel cost confirmed before booking.
What we don't do
We're not a healthcare or personal care provider, a moving company, a caterer, or a property inspection or security service. Being clear about that is part of being trustworthy.
