What areas do you serve?

Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview. Normal travel inside that core area is included in our standard pricing. Requests outside the core area may be accepted when practical, and any additional travel cost is confirmed with you before booking.

Do you charge mileage?

Only for driving required to carry out your requested service, beyond simply arriving at and leaving your service location. Service-related mileage is $0.65/km. Examples include running errands on your behalf, personal shopping, transporting laundry, requested pickups or drop-offs, and travelling between locations as part of the service. Travelling to your location and leaving afterwards is not charged as mileage, and any applicable mileage is confirmed with you before you accept the service.

How does your hourly pricing work?

Our hourly rates are based on each team member's time. One person working for three hours is billed as three hours. If two of us work for three hours, six hours are billed. If a job will be completed by both of us, we'll make that clear in your quote before you confirm.

What is the minimum booking?

Minimum booking times depend on the service: Standard cleaning: 2 hours. Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning: 3 hours. Moving assistance and onsite event assistance: 3 hours. Home organization and small business support: 2 hours. Errands, personal shopping, senior household assistance and general household help: 1 hour. Laundry Concierge and Away-From-Home Visits: their own package or visit pricing rather than hourly minimums. A minimum booking time is a minimum service commitment. It is not a promise to complete an entire home or an entire list within that time.

Is my appointment confirmed when I submit the booking form?

No. Submitting the form sends us your service request. We'll review the details, confirm availability and pricing with you, and your service is only booked once the details are confirmed.

Question 6

Can I book more than one service at a time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That is the point of the concierge model. You can book a single task, or combine several different household and lifestyle tasks into one request. Our Helping Hand service is $60 for two hours and lets you combine eligible $30/hour tasks inside your booked time. If your Helping Hand list includes errands, shopping, pickups or drop-offs, service-related driving is $0.65/km where applicable.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. Standard cleaning products and equipment are included, with no product surcharge. If you would like us to use specialty products, you can supply them or reimburse us for them.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancelling 24 hours or more ahead is free. Under 24 hours is a $25 fee, and a no-show or no access is $40. We may waive cancellation charges for legitimate emergencies.

Question 9

Do I have to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. Access can be arranged by you being home, a lockbox, a key, or another secure method we agree on together. Physical keys are never labeled with your complete address.

What about my pets?

Please tell us about pets when you book, and include anything we should know. You are responsible for safely securing aggressive or reactive animals.

Is senior household assistance the same as home care?

Accepted Answer

No. We provide household assistance for independent seniors: shopping, errands, light cleaning, laundry, changing bedding, organization, basic technology help and household check-ins. We do not provide bathing, dressing, toileting, medication administration, medical care, mobility assistance, financial management or any regulated caregiving. We also do not provide meal preparation or cooking services, though we can shop for groceries, put purchases away and help organize a pantry.

Are your away-from-home visits a security or inspection service?

No. These are basic household assistance and check-in visits: mail and packages brought in, plants watered, a basic visual household check, garbage and recycling, and agreed household tasks. They are not property inspection, property management or security monitoring.

Question 13

Do you cater events?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not provide catering or licensed food-service. We can help with event planning and coordination, shopping and sourcing, decorations, vendor coordination, setup, food pickup, guest-area preparation and cleanup. Larger or more complex events are quoted based on scope.

Question 14

Are you movers?

Accepted Answer

No. We provide moving help: packing, unpacking, labeling, organization, supply shopping, donation runs, move-in and move-out cleaning, and household setup. We do not operate trucks or move furniture and heavy appliances.

Question 15

Who pays for groceries and supplies?

Accepted Answer

You do, and purchases are funded in advance through an approved process. We do not finance customer purchases. Receipts are retained and provided to you when applicable.

Why do some services need a quote instead of a booking?

Accepted Answer

Because the price genuinely depends on scope. Large deep cleans, move-in/move-out jobs, moving assistance, larger events, complex organization projects, unusual requests and work outside the core service area all get a quote first, so you know the number before anything is scheduled.

Question 17

Do you offer a referral discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Give $10, get $10. A new referred customer gets $10 off their first qualifying service of $60 or more, and the referring customer receives a $10 service credit once the referred customer's first qualifying booking is complete. Credits have no cash value.

Do you do something that isn't on the list?
